By accessing or using Njangi House, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Nature of the Service

Njangi House is currently deployed on Polygon Amoy testnet. This means:

• All interactions use test tokens with no real monetary value
• The platform is experimental and not yet audited
• No guarantees are made about availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your wallet credentials secure
• Not using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Understanding that blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Not relying on the platform as your sole financial record-keeping system

Njangi House does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any information on the platform is for educational purposes only. Past platform usage does not guarantee future results.

Smart Contract Risk

Smart contracts are experimental software. Until a formal third-party audit is completed:

• Funds may be at risk
• Contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Parameters and fees may change

Limitation of Liability

Njangi House and its team are not liable for any loss of funds, data, or opportunity arising from use of the platform. Use at your own risk.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
