Data We Collect

Njangi House collects the following information when you use our platform:

• Wallet address — used to identify your on-chain identity and link to savings houses you create or join
• Email or phone number — optional, used only for account recovery and notifications if you choose to provide them
• Mobile money details — used solely to facilitate MOMO deposits and withdrawals; we do not store full mobile money credentials
• House metadata — house names, descriptions, and contribution schedules that you create are stored off-chain
• On-chain transaction data — all blockchain interactions are public by design; we do not control or own this data

What Is On-Chain vs Off-Chain

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Mobile money providers (only as needed to process MOMO deposits/withdrawals)
• Our cloud infrastructure provider (hosted on Google Cloud, secured under standard enterprise agreements)
• Law enforcement, only if legally required

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for data in transit, and our smart contracts on Polygon Amoy testnet have not yet undergone a formal third-party audit. Until audit completion, treat all testnet interactions as experimental.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your off-chain data at any time by contacting nkefua@ndnanalytics.com. On-chain data cannot be modified or deleted as it is stored permanently on Polygon.
